When are you open?

Tuesday, June 23rd: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Where are you located?

We are located at the corner of Farmington Road and Lyndon Road. We recommend using the address of Eddie Edgar Ice Arena to find us: 33841 Lyndon, Livonia, MI 48154

Where is the best place to park? 

We have limited parking on the Spree grounds. We recommend parking at Frost Middle School or taking one of our free shuttles from City Hall, Civic Center Library or the old courthouse. Our shuttle runs the entire time we are open. 

Are bicycles or rollerblades allowed?

No. Bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, and similar items are not allowed. 

Is the Spree safe?

Yes, the Spree is safe but we always recommend staying aware of your surroundings. The Livonia Police and Fire are onsite. All bags are subject to be searched and we reserve the right to remove anyone from the grounds. The Spree grounds will be enclosed with perimeter fencing, with two designated entry points. 

All guests will enter through these entrances, which will include metal detectors. Weapons will not be permitted on the premises

Anyone 17 and under must have a parent or guardian with them starting at 4 pm on Friday June 26, 4 pm Saturday June 27 and 4pm Sunday, June 28. 

Is there an entrance fee?

We have an entrance fee on Sunday, June 28 only (fireworks night) starting at 4 pm. $5 resident/$10 non resident. Children 12 and under are free. The rest of the week there is no entrance fee. 

 

There are multiple ticket options for the rides. The beer tent, food vendors and business vendors all have different purchasing options.

Patrons are still permitted to watch the fireworks from the Ford Field Ball diamonds free of charge. 

Are coolers allowed?

Yes, coolers are allowed, but no glass bottles and no outside alcohol are permitted.

Is smoking permitted?

No. 

Are there ATMs available?

There are two atms located on the grounds. One is in the middle of the food aisle and the second is at the beer/entertainment tent. 

Where is the lost and found?

Any lost items, including lost children, can be dropped off at our LPD Command Center that is located on the South side of Eddie Edgar Ice Arena. 

What time is the drone show?

The Drone Show is scheduled for Thursday, June 25 at 9:15 p.m.

Where is the best spot to see the Drone Show?

As long as you are outside (not under a pavilion) anywhere on the Spree grounds, you'll have a great view of the Drone Show.

Where can I buy Carnival wristbands?

Carnival wristbands can be purchased in-advance online through our partner, Wade Shows, or on site at the Spree. If you purchased your tickets online, bring your QR code to the ticket booth to get your wristband(s). Cash or credit card are accepted on site. 

Are wristbands only good for one day?

Yes, wristbands can be used for any day, but once you redeem, they expire at the end of that day. 

Can my presale voucher be redeemed on Sunday?

Presale vouchers for wristbands cannot be used on Sunday. However, wristbands can be purchased for full price on Sunday.

What happens if it rains or thunderstorms?

The Spree is a rain-or-shine event, and there are no scheduled rain-out dates. In the event of severe weather or an unexpected disruption, we will ask everyone to evacuate to Eddie Edgar Ice Arena or Frost Middle School. We will post real-time updates to our Facebook page and website. 

Can I distribute literature or collect signatures?

No. Solicitation is not permitted. 

Will water be available?

Yes. Water is available for purchase at vendor booths. Guests are encouraged to bring their own bottles and stay hydrated. Drinking fountains available inside Eddie Edgar Ice Arena. 

Where can I go to cool off?

Inside Eddie Edgar is air conditioned and open for our guests to cool down. 

Are pets allowed?

For the safety and comfort of all guests, only service animals are allowed at this event.

Does the beer tent take credit cards?
Yes, we also take cash. We do have multiple ATMs on site for your convenience.

Is parking free?
We have limited onsite parking. We do have a free shuttle that runs the entire time we are open between the grounds and the civic center. There are two stops at the old courthouse and the library.
